Ashley Nicodemus is the Director of Design at UEGroup, a full-service user research and product design firm based out of Silicon Valley, specializing in R&D, complex systems design, and mission critical solutions. As the Design Director, she helps shape UEGroup’s process and perspective on design to achieve breakthrough solutions focused on user’s concerns, values, and behaviors. Her design work spans across multiple platforms and industries, but she specializes in creating seamless experiences for medical devices and critical environments. Her recent work has impacted Boston Scientific’s SCS implant, iRhythm’s wearable heart monitor, and the NuVasive Pulse Platform.
