Hello, I'm Rebecca Siegel, the Behavioral Health Clinical Safety Officer at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. I am a Registered Nurse and have been in various adult/pediatric nursing and leadership roles in the 15 years I have been an RN. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from William Jewell College in 2008, my Masters of Healthcare Management: Administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 2017, and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Leadership and Healthcare Innovation from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2022. I have been the Behavioral Health Clinical Safety Officer for the last 1.5 years, and have a strong passion for behavioral health, quality improvement, injury prevention, and advocacy for behavioral health patients and staff.
