Molly Laird is currently a Human Factors Engineer at HS Design with the responsibility of applying human factors during the design and development of medical devices. She earned PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Detroit Mercy where she conducted research evaluating locations at highest risk for pressure injury in pediatric patients and assessing material properties of pressure redistribution surfaces.
