DescriptionDuring this interactive keynote panel session, Jay, Michael, and Eric will discuss the intersectionality of healthcare space design and how to provide spaces that deliver quality of care for patients, families, and staff. Each speaker brings a lens to the continuum of patient care, particularly how we can better serve minority populations and how working together influences the way hospital environments are designed, how they are perceived and received, and where these principles align with not only Human Factors principles but also the Institute of Medicine model.
