Biography
Clark Mitchell is a Human Factors Associate Engineer at Design Science, a Human Factors Consulting company where they enjoy researching and analyzing participant behaviors to ensure safety in medical products. Clark began investigating human behavior with objects during their time at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign while earning their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and pursuing minors in Art and Design as well as Art History. They continued to pursue this route completing a M.S. from the Engineering Design Innovation program at Northwestern University. They have worked in various industries practicing research and design including airlines, hand tools, railroads, and the electrical grid but are excitedly expanding their range with Human Factors Research at Design Science
