Neale R. Chumbler, PhD, is a Professor, Department Chair and Executive Associate Dean for Academic, Faculty and Student Affairs in the College of Health Professions at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Dr. Chumbler is a health services researcher who has had a longstanding interest with employing health information technology techniques to improve access to care and in various sectors of implementation science and program evaluation.
