Melissa Marquez is a Program Manager in the Division of Quality and Safety at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) where she leads agile practices for a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers, software developers, and data analysts, with an emphasis on the systems engineering workstream. Melissa is a PhD student and graduate of Binghamton University, holding a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Melissa's research and interests lie in identifying and implementing innovative, holistic approaches to tackling patient safety issues.
