Tisha Odubote is a Senior Engineer of Device Technology at Merck. She is the pediatric product lead supporting combination product development, design control, risk management and human factors. Currently, Tisha is leading an effort to establish a streamlined approach to the development of pediatric products based on common user-focused principles. Tisha is trained as a biomedical engineer with over 15 years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical and transportation industry.
