Ms. Shivangi Sing holds a master's degree in Engineering Management from the California State University, Northridge, where she was exposed to topics such as Six Sigma, Quality Management and Lean Principles. Additionally, she has worked at Tesla and Jabil, where she was able to improve processes and make operations safer and more profitable through the application of data-driven insights and process improvements.

As a Research Assistant, she has been involved in the systematic investigation of fungal meningitis outbreaks in the two cities of Durango and Matamoros in Mexico, through the development of an AcciMap framework, to uncover the socio-technical causes of those outbreaks by analyzing scientific papers, literature review and search on published articles and news as well as analyzing other similar incidents.
