Biography
Sareen Kardjian is a Human Factors Analyst at Healthcare Human Factors (HHF) and works alongside a team of over 30 human factors specialists and designers focused on transforming healthcare through a human factors lens in order to design and evaluate medical products and services. Through this role, Sareen has contributed to the design and development of a variety of medical devices by leading human factors validation studies, ensuring that these medical technologies are safe and intuitive to use in clinical environments.
Prior to her career at HHF, Sareen successfully published scientific research and review articles written in collaboration with her previous research team at Sorbonne Université in Paris.
Sareen is passionate about creating a positive and lasting impact in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals and on the quality of healthcare delivery and treatment through the combination of human-factors driven design and biomedical engineering.
Sareen has earned an MEng in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto specializing in Human Biology and Immunology.
