Harsh Sanghavi is a Human Factors Consultant at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia. Harsh's work in this role is focused on patient safety and quality work, conducting usability studies on products, software, and systems used by Carilion Clinic; ethnographic observations of healthcare workers; and using human factors principles to improve processes, patient safety, and the quality of care. He holds a master’s degree in industrial and systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, with a focus on human factors engineering, and a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from SRM University, India. Harsh is a Certified User Experience Professional, certified by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE)
