Biography
Lauren Dyer is a dedicated medical student at the University of South Florida's Morsani College of Medicine, on track to graduate in May 2025. With a background in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Psychology, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in August 2022.

Ms. Dyer’s passion for enhancing medical education and healthcare is evident through her work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the USF Health Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS). Her contributions to an NIH-funded project, comparing the utility of Virtual Reality (VR) training for Emergency Medicine residents, showcase her commitment to innovative medical training methods. She has made significant contributions to scholarly activities, including peer-reviewed publications and abstracts presented at prominent medical conferences. Her research has explored the applications of extended reality technologies in medical education and healthcare simulation. Her dedication to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care is evident in her ongoing projects and published work.
