Janet (Wu) Chastain is the UX Research Lead at Eko Health. She has 7 years of experience leading human factors and user research for medical devices, mostly in digital health. Her user research experience also includes helping to launch an international storyteller platform targeting Asian audiences. Prior to human factors, Janet had an extensive career building and leading software teams responsible for B2B and B2C web portals. Janet holds an M.S. degree in human factors from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
