Valerie Gernazian brings to Agilis 35+ years of experience in Human Performance Technology and Instructional Design. In her role at Agilis by Kymanox, Valerie oversees the development of instructional solutions that support real users in the safe and effective use of medical devices and combination products. She expertly applies evidence-based instructional design principles, Human Factors data and regulatory guidances to help clients optimize their instructional materials. Internally, Valerie serves as our subject-matter expert on instructional design and evaluation.
