Silva Nercessian is the Director of Childbirth and Children’s Services, the Alongside Midwifery Unit and Diabetes Programs at Oak Valley Health. They have a background in Nursing and have managed various inpatient and outpatient units and have leadership experience in Project Management, Risk Management and Strategy between hospital and ministry settings.

Silva completed a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation and OCADU, which changed the way they frame problems and strive to solve wicked problems.
