Jennifer Lin is a R&D Engineer focusing on Human Factors Engineering and UI/UX Design at Medtronic. Since graduating from Johns Hopkins University in 2021 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Psychology, Jen started her career as a software engineer for an ablation delivery platform and gradually moved into human factors engineering as she developed an interest in human-centered design. Jen currently works on patient monitoring devices and strives to encourage empathy and a deeper understanding of the user in her design process.
