Rob is the Technical Director of Human Factors Engineering at Eli Lilly and Company where he provides governance and oversight to the portfolio of products being developed including combination products, software and other medical devices. He also develops the processes and procedures for human factors engineering practices that ensure compliance to international standards and guidance for combination products, SaMD, SiMD and medical devices. Rob also serves as a supervisor and coach for the Lilly Human Factors Engineering team. Rob has been practicing human factors engineering in the medical domain for over 20 years.
