Yi Rong Tan is a User Experience Researcher and has worked for the Parkview Mirro Center for Research and Innovation since 2021. With an inter-disciplinary background in user experience design and computer science, her interest lies in accessible and inclusive design to reduce digital marginalization. Her work within Parkview has primarily focused on the evaluation of digital technologies before and after deployment for patients, clinicians, and healthcare staff. Her previous work was on the media portrayal of voice user interfaces by older adults.
