Heidi is a medical human factors and usability consultant with 20 years of experience in human factors and usability research and engineering, user experience and interface design, and usability testing. She founded HFUX Research in 2017, a human factors and usability consultancy, specialized in medical device development, with the mission to empower companies around the globe, from medical startup to pharmaceutical Fortune 500 leaders, to realize their human factors vision and usability goals. Heidi is a member of HFES and holds an MS in Human Factors & Systems and a BS in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
