Jennifer Sequioa
Biography
Jennifer Sequoia, MD PhD is a clinical fellow in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Stanford University where she works in a level IV NICU at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. Her clinical interests are in neonatal resuscitation, ECMO, and congenital malformations. Prior to fellowship she obtained her PhD in Immunology and her MD from The University of Chicago and completed residency in Pediatrics at Stanford. She is certified in General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. During her PhD, she studied the epigenetic regulation of early lymphocyte development. Her current research interests are in immune-trophoblast interactions and the molecular mechanisms that drive preeclampsia.
