Sarah Fouquet, Ph.D., is the director of Quality, Safety, and Human Factors at Children's Mercy Hospital. Sarah leads the application of HF methods and system-based approaches to all aspects of healthcare. This work includes interface design reviews, RCAs, workflow analysis, teamwork, education, and physical space design.
