Biography
Adam currently serves as the Research Director for Design Science’s Evanston, Illinois location where he takes pride in improving healthcare experiences by optimizing usability and safety. Prior to Design Science, Adam was an Army Aviation Officer and the deputy director for the Engineering Psychology / Human Factors Engineering Program at the United States Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, NY. There, Adam led multiple human performance and human factors related research projects collaborating with multidisciplinary teams with various industries and academic institutions. Adam earned his B.S. and M.S. in Engineering Psychology from USMA and Georgia Tech, respectively. He retired from the military in June 2023 at the rank of Major and is excited to continue pursuing a career in human factors.
