Phuoc Thai is a PhD student at the University of Central Florida's Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology PhD program and an experienced researcher with a strong focus on user experience. Within the healthcare field, Phuoc focuses on developing technology to help improve patient-doctor communication and drive improved healthcare outcomes. Phuoc's research interests are varied and include, generative AI UX, human-social technology interaction, general UX, and more.
