Hung-Yeh Lin, MS, is an expert in user-centered design research methods and qualitative research. With his cross-disciplinary background, Hung-Yeh possesses unique interest and skills for identifying and understanding user needs and designing for differences. His previous work includes the design of a patient-facing mobile application to help patients manage alcohol consumption and addiction, and an innovative approach to improve clothing experiences for people with visual impairment.
