Olivia Zajdman is a Senior Human Factors Specialist at Healthcare Human Factors, a team of human factors specialists and designers embedded within the University Health Network in Toronto, Canada. Olivia has a Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph, a Master's of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, and a Master's of Engineering in Human Factors from the University of Toronto. For the past five years Olivia has led a number of projects related to medical device usability and patient safety.
