Mrs. Young has over eleven years of experience in medical device product development. Her project experience includes a range of disciplines and various phases of product development such as early feasibility, detailed device design and design verification testing. She has led the effort for development of multiple drug delivery products. Her technical experience includes FEA analysis, tolerance stack analysis, test method development, design verification testing, device teardown and evaluation, and root-cause analysis.
