Allison Drees is a human factors engineer committed to transforming healthcare safety across the Johns Hopkins Health System. She leverages human factors methodologies to assess systems and design solutions that address barriers in healthcare processes, environments, and technology. Allison has extensive experience using observation and contextual inquiry methods, using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques, and implementing human-centered designs.
