Keai Yao has been a member of Regeneron HF team as an Associate Human Factors Engineer for a year. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Industrial Engineering with a certificate in Innovation, Product Design, and Entrepreneurship in 2022. Her career journey was initiated with an internship at Bayer, leading her to her current role at Regeneron. Keai's primary focus is on the development of combination products, including Auto-injectors and pre-filled syringes. She has a keen interest in study design, conducts Human Factors activities at all stages of Combo product development, and is deeply involved in IFU design and development.
