Nataly Farshait, MN, CPNC, C. DIR, CHE is the Director of Healthcare Safety and Risk Management at the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC). Nataly is a Certified Healthcare Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in acute care, long-term care, and community. Nataly is a President of Ontario Safety Agency. Additionally, Nataly serves as the Chair of Governance, Nomination, and Human Resources Committee at the Copernicus Lodge Board of Directors.
