Regan is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Genentech. Prior to working in human factors, Regan was a Device Engineer at a consulting lab where he learned the various aspects of combination product development. His desire to connect with end users ultimately led him to a role in human factors, where he has worked on a variety of product types, from home use products for lay users to emergency use products for healthcare professionals. Regan holds a BS in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University.
