Janet is the Sr. Vice President of the human factors and UX medical team at Ipsos, which specializes in the full user experience of medical technology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare digital applications. Her experience includes evaluating all facets of a product or system’s interfaces, including hardware, software, labeling/instructions for use, and packaging. Prior to Ipsos, Janet led a global Center of Excellence in Human Factors for a large manufacturer and has worked across the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Janet is a member of HFES and has over 20 years of experience in the human factors field. Janet holds a PhD in Human Factors & Ergonomics, an MS in Engineering Psychology, and a BS in Psychology.
