Biography
Keith is founder and principal consultant of Human Factors in Context, offering user research, human factors engineering, and physical / digital interface architecture. Keith has been steeped in human-centered design since strapping himself into a supersonic jet during his first human factors job in the early '80s. Since then, he has traversed mountains, probed coal mines, and trailed ER docs, pursuing user research to fuel product innovation. Before starting his consultancy, he led teams at Bresslergroup, Design Science, Xerox, and Kodak. He holds degrees in engineering from Penn State and North Carolina State and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from University of Rochester. He has 15 patents.
