Jennifer Soosaar is the Director of Human Factors at Core Human Factors, A Rimkus Company. Jennifer has conducted human factors research for 11 years and manages the research team and recruiting team at Core. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. from Yale University in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with a focus in Immunology, and a BA from the University of Virginia in Biology. Jennifer is a member of HFES and is on the AAMI HE-75 committee.
