Avital Zik is a Sr, Principal Human Factors Engineer at Medtronic Surgical. She has over 15 years of experience planning and leading Human Factors activities for medical device development and the healthcare industry. Her expertise spans various areas and domains, focusing on complex systems ranging from medical device design and healthcare facility planning to command & control systems, lung health, navigation systems, software tools, and surgical environments. Avital holds an MSc. in Industrial Design, Human Factors from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
