Kristen is a Director at Bold Insight with over 10 years of research experience. Her background resides in psychology and cognitive neuroscience where she applied a diverse set of neuroscience tools (EEG, eye tracking, facial coding, and biometrics) to clients’ complex business objectives before switching to human factors medical device research. Kristen has a BS in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuropsychology at University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.
