Mick Rakauskas is Principal Human Factors Engineer at AbbVie, where his work aims to improve the complex relationship between humans and technology through user centered design, continuous curiosity, and the application of human factors. Mick holds an MS in human factors applied psychology from Clemson University and a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
