Eli Jaffe holds a PhD in public administration from the University of Haifa, and a PhD in medical sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Currently Eli is the manager of the Public Relations, Volunteers, Training and Fundraising division at Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel. In addition to his role in MDA, he teaches pre-hospital emergency medicine at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel.
