Mr. Glynn has over 18 years of experience developing products for the medical device industry, primarily in the in vitro diagnostic and drug delivery spaces. His projects have spanned all phases of product realization, from concept development through transfer to manufacture and on through sustainment. Mr. Glynn has broad experience with systems engineering processes and tools, including system definition, requirements management, safety risk management, verification and validation testing, and root cause analysis. He has also demonstrated the ability to lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive timelines while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations having filled both technical lead and project manager roles on past projects.
