Biography
Megan DiFiore is currently a Simulation Coordinator for the Simulation Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Her work focuses on developing and implementing simulation projects to meet educational needs, process improvements, and design enhancements within the hospital system. Megan enjoys collaborating with the multidisciplinary teams throughout the system to improve quality and patient care. She has served in this position for two years.
Megan earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia, and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University. After earning her master’s degree, Megan accepted a position at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the Scottish Rite - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she served as a nurse for six years before joining the Simulation Team.
