Biography
Doug Peterson is a professor of Psychology and chair of the department at the University of South Dakota. He earned his PhD in Applied Experimental Psychology and Human Factors of Kansas State University. He has studies topics related to Human Factors in Aviation, Education, and Health Care settings. His primary teaching duties include graduate courses in Human Factors Psychology, Usability Testing, and Human-Computer Interaction in additional to a host of undergraduate courses. Above all else, Doug values mentoring students in the foundational principles and practical application of human factors research.
