With a multi-disciplinary background as a computer science and human-computer interaction practitioner, Victor Cornet joined hospital system Parkview Health in 2019 as a User Experience Researcher. Victor has since been serving the nonprofit organization by translating healthcare needs into tangible solutions that equally factor in the needs of patients and clinicians. Victor has applied user-centered design principles to landmark projects at Parkview Health, including the conception of a COVID-19 vaccination clinic simulator to optimize staffing and maximize vaccination throughput, and the design, development, and evaluation of an application supporting the organization’s peer recovery program for people with substance use disorder.
