Presenter

Jessica Arnold is a Senior UX/HF Researcher at Ipsos. She is passionate about engaging communities in people-centered and participatory research. Jessica strives to conduct research that generates meaningful change and influences the development of enriching technologies and services. She has a background in community-based participatory research with under-resourced communities in the Appalachian region and in Ecuador. Jessica holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in International Development from Ohio University.
